Dominio de Punctum – organic & biodynamic wines from Spain
Dominio de Punctum organic and biodynamic wines need to be discovered for their purity of fruit and consistent high quality. This is a selection of these wines from a family-run estate at 800 metres near Las Pedroñeras in La Mancha (around half way between Valencia and Madrid). These wines really are stunning value, and even more so in this Special Offer Case!
Domino de Punctum organic and biodynamic estate is led by Jesus Fernandez, who, together with his sisters Ruth (wine-maker) and Cristina have developed their parents’ vineyards into an organic and biodynamic Estate and Winery. It is an ideal place to grow quality vines naturally. They do not use any synthetic pesticides, herbicides on the soil, or chemicals in the winery, and all their wines have organic status. Biodynamic is a step further; they gained this added status in 2011. They harvest the grapes at night and their work in the vineyards coupled with careful winemaking produces some brilliant quality, brilliant value wines. All these wines are suitable for vegans and wine lovers seeking lower sulphite wines.
