Emsworth Beer & Wine Festival

We will be at The Emsworth Beer & Wine Festival, event over the weekend of Friday 27 September and Saturday 28 September. The Beer Fest has become an established part of the Emsworth September scene and normally there is a separate Wine Fair at this time of year. However, this year we have joined up with local wine merchants Ivy Wines and Vin Wine Merchants to be part of the Wine element of this Wemsfest event.

We will have up to 10 wines on show which will range from the organic & biodynamic wines from Dominio de Punctum, an organic Bobal and Malbec from one of the highest vineyards in Spain to some award-winning English Sparkling and Still wines (West Sussex will feature). With a nod to autumn we will be showing a delicious Rioja Crianza and a South African Chardonnay that was selected in the Top 10 Chardonnays in the world this year.

Ivy Wines and Vin Wine Merchants will be showing wines from Australia, Italy, South America and Eastern Europe; plus a couple of Gins. This is a great opportunity to discover some great new wines, place your orders and stock up for later in the year!

There are several event timings over Friday Evening and Saturday Afternoon + Evening. A wide selection of baguettes with hot and cold fillings, as well as home made soup, all at reasonable prices, will be provided by Le Petit Pain. A very popular sandwich bar in Emsworth. There will be live music in the evenings.
