We will be at the Emsworth Show on Bank Holiday Monday 29 August from 1030 to 5pm with some fantastic wines!
We are teaming up with Jonathan Rogers of Vin Wine Merchants, Emsworth and Grant from the Emsworth Brewhouse to form an amazing Bar!! So lots of lovely wines and beers by the glass.
Come and have a glass (or two) of stunning, chilled English or Spanish wine. If you are in a group, buy a bottle with glasses! Our very popular wines from West Sussex and Wessex will be there along with organic favourites from Spain.
The Emsworth Show is a showcase for local produce, talent and creativity. Organised by the Emsworth Horticultural Society, it has a specail place in the Emsworth calendar; this year’s show is bigger and better. Apart from the amazing plants, vegetables and photography in the Marquee, there is so much more for the whole family to enjoy at this summer show.
There are around 80 various stalls and many displays and activities – Falconry, Dog agility, Bee keeping, Wood Turning, Archery, Vintage cars, Punch & Judy. In keeping with a quintessentially English Summer event there are local Morris Dancers performing too and some tasteful live music!
What is amazing is that it takes around 200 volunteers to make this local Show happen, so do come along and enjoy it! Adults £4 : Free for accompanied children under 12
NO PARKING at the Showgrounds. Free Park & Ride from New Life Church, Thorney Island PO10 8BL and buses run from 0930 to 1800.
